Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, according to a report from Spain, is waiting for a call from Real Madrid over a possible transfer.
The Belgium international's contract expires in June 2019, and Spanish newspaper Marca state that his current plan is to avoid signing a new deal that would extend his stay at Stamford Bridge.
Courtois has allegedly already had contact with Real and is hopeful the club will eventually make a move for his signature.
The 25-year-old spent three seasons on loan at Los Blancos' rivals Atletico Madrid between 2011 and 2014, before returning to Chelsea and taking over the number one position from Petr Cech.
While he's played an integral role in two Premier League title triumphs with the Blues, he's often detailed his wish to one day return to the Spanish capital.
Speaking in 2016, the goalkeeper said: "From the first minute I fell in love with Spain for its people, lifestyle, food… I still eat dinner and then have an afternoon nap, most of the television I see is Spanish… I am half Spanish."
